An internal assessment (IA) and a final examination are conducted in each of the four semesters of the Master's programme. The IA is usually held in March/October and the final examinations are held in May/Nov-Dec. The laboratory courses are assessed through a method of Continuous Evaluation. PhD students have to complete their coursework before their registration for the PhD programme can be confirmed.
